Dare to Dream Big…

Brown Consulting is committed to offering opportunities and careers to young women currently in Year 12 who want to pursue a career in Engineering and join the company after they have completed their studies. The Dream Big program runs for the full term of the degree and includes paid vacation work experience under the supervision of experienced mentors. Dream Big scholarship employees also receive a monthly allowance to assist with out-of-pocket university expenses, graduation bonuses and are offered a full-time position with the Company upon graduation.

Cadets/Interns
Brown Consulting’s Cadet/ Internship program is for both men and women who are already in their 2^nd – 5^th year of studying an approved engineering degree at university. Similar to Dream Big scholarship students, Cadets/Interns will be rewarded with paid vacation work, generous financial assistance, graduation bonuses and a guaranteed job on graduation
